68 year old, Clara Sue Carlisle of Cowden, Illinois died Sunday, October, 21, at 7:59 AM in Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, Illinois. Clara Sue Carlisle was born Saturday, May 6, 1944, in rural Herrick, Illinois the daughter of Ogle and Gladys (maiden name Mitchell) Frailey. She grew up on the family farm east of Herrick, attended Shady Lane School Country School, Herrick Elementary and was a graduate with honors from the Herrick Community High School. Clara Sue Frailey was married November 13, 1962, to Edward Paul Carlisle in Woodstock, Illinois, she as a member of Herrick Church of Christ and a homemaker to her family.
