Dorothy A Poe was born Friday, April 22 1938, in Rural Herrick, Illinois the daughter of Ogle and Gladys (maiden name Mitchell) Frailey. Dorothy grew up in Herrick, attended Herrick elementary School, ad graduated Herrick Community High School Class 1955. Dorothy Ann Frailey married September 14, 1958, to Robert E Poe in Grand Baptist Church, Decatur, Illinois. She was a member of Herrick Church of Christ, retired from Citizens National Bank, Decatur in 1992, and was a former member American Business Women of Decatur, and the Herrick Peace Meals. Dorothy was an avid Illini Basket fan.
