Funeral services will be, Tuesday, April 15 at 11:00 AM at Wallace-Carroll Funeral Home, Herrick, Illinois, with Pastor Larry Gruis, and Josh Palma, officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 AM, Tuesday, April 15 at Wallace-Carroll, Herrick, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Family. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Bowling Green Township Fayette County Illinois. Jeremy L. Smith was born Tuesday, June 2, 1981, in Effingham, Illinois the son of Lyn H and Doris J (maiden name Beck) Smith. A lifelong resident of Tower Hill Jeremy attended Tower Hill Schools and was a graduate of Tower Hill High School class of 2001. Jeremy worked at various jobs in the Tower Hill area. And loved to go fishing and camping with his family.
